  • 100g Milk 🥛

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix at low speed for 1 minute.

  3. Switch to medium speed and continue mixing for another 2 minutes until smooth.

  4. Pour the batter into a well-greased 8×8" round baking tin.

  5. Bake at 140°C (270°F) for about 30 minutes or until baked through.

  6. Allow to cool, then store in a cool, dry place.
